The AppSense Certified Solution Partner program is designed for value-add distributors, value-add resellers, managed service providers and consultants who wish to offer a complete end to end application delivery, virtualization and user virtualization solution to their customers. Members of the AppSense Certified Solutions Partners benefit by offering consultancy, design, implementation services and support of the AppSense User Virtualization Platform with the assistance of sales, marketing and technical resource provided by AppSense and the user virtualization ecosystem.
AppSense Certified Solution Partners (CSP) benefit from increased product discounts to assist with resale; technical account management; access to marketing support; access to AppSense technical hotline support; marketing development funds to contribute to lead generation activities and much more.
Within this program are two levels, Gold and Silver.
The AppSense Cloud Certified Partners (CCP) provides service and cloud providers with access to the products, training, support, and specialized pricing to optimize their hosted service offerings with user virtualization.
AppSense user virtualization gives service providers the ability to implement an on-premise or off-premise, highly standardized and scalable mobile, desktop and application delivery infrastructure while offering a personalized computing experience to customers. This maximizes customer satisfaction while minimizing infrastructure and support costs while allowing service providers to leverage existing infrastructure investments.
The AppSense Authorized Consultancy (AAC) program is designed to help partners who wish to specialize and offer AppSense certified services to their customers via a services subcontract relationship. These partners can be existing reselling CSP partners or services-only partners who would like to deliver AppSense-branded professional service offerings. AppSense is committed to enabling partners through the process of designing, deploying, and selling your customized services around physical, virtual and mobile projects while leveraging the AppSense best practices and tools.
AppSense develops, sells, distributes and licenses enterprise software products which are technically complex and IT professionals may require training in their use. In order to make such training generally available, AppSense has developed the ATP Program to ensure that quality training services are available. The ATP Program will ensure Training Courses are delivered at quality facilities to ensure consistent standards of delivery in an environment that is conducive to learning.
AppSense Referral partners serve as a trusted advisor to their customers and influence user virtualization purchasing decisions. Their influence over customer purchases is rewarded regardless of who actually fulfills the order, helping them grow their business and build their expertise in user virtualization. In addition to the three program tiers, AppSense offers expanded opportunities for those partners interested in subcontracting education and services.
