In her new role, Denman is responsible for developing and driving the global people strategy for AppSense and delivering innovative HR services and solutions that fuel the company’s growth. She will oversee talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, organizational and leadership development
and talent management.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Denman brings technology, finance and professional services industry expertise to AppSense. Prior to joining AppSense, Denman served as Vice President of Human Resources for Trend Micro, an internet and cloud security company. While at Trend Micro, Denman drove the global people strategy for the Commercial and Consumer business units and led the HR operation for North America. Prior to Trend Micro, Denman was Vice President of Washington Mutual’s Commercial
Division and served in various HR-related leadership roles at PeopleSoft, BEA
Systems, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Cadence Design Systems.
